...if you believe in something, you must not just think or talk or write, but must act. Peterson (2003)
Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) is at the heart of the as students engage in new experiences beyond their academic life.
The three strands of CAS are:
Creativity: exploring creative ideas in art, music, dance, or drama activities. Alternatively, students can plan, design and put into action a variety of service projects or other activities
Activity: promoting a healthy lifestyle through physical exertion to complement academic work. This can involve individual and team sports inside or outside school as well as a broad range of other physical activities
Service: engaging as a citizen at a local or global level in collaborative and reciprocal projects.
CAS enables students to grow as unique individuals recognizing their role as responsible citizens, complementing their academic programme through opportunities for self-determination, collaboration, accomplishment and enjoyment in developing independent interests
